We have a small office with 5 computers connected on a network. We have been using SomethingCool for over 4 years. Prior to that we were constantly having computer crashes, lock-ups, viruses, etc. and were frantically trying to avoid losing valuable information. We tried to remember to back up our system every Friday, but that was sometimes missed.

Since we have engaged the services of SomethingCool, we have had minimal problems. We have had several emergency situations, and they are very quick to respond and take care of the problem. We use the KRIS Managed Services, but have also started using the anti-virus and online back-up services offered by SomethingCool. Now we don't have to worry if we fail to back up our system on Friday and our virus issues are virtually non-existent.

We believe it is well worth the cost to protect our valuable information and avoid time-consuming and stressful hours of computer problems. In addition, when we need new equipment and software SomethingCool will order and install it for us at a reasonable price.
