answers anyone can understand. Jeremy has his finger on the pulse
of SomethingCool.com and makes sure that we are all on track, as
a whole.

Server & network setup, Arthur takes care of it all. He can

world of Active Directory on a Windows2000 Server. Recently he was
awarded the Microsoft Certified Professional certificate!

remains the backbone of our operation. By being the intermediary
between the clients and technicians, Mike keeps us all on our toes.
He mans the office while most of us are out in the field, staying
on top of the overall picture of our projects, and making sure we
know what we need to do, and when it needs to be done.

with. He's often the very first person on the scene, and collaborates
with us via an uplink to the central office to work his magic to
