Our Mission and Philosophy
Yet another boring and bland corporate mission statement? Maybe. We
hope not. You be the judge.
Basically, we believe in HUMANS. Hey, we love people. Sure, we may be
geeks, but we don't forget who we are, and start thinking that everybody
in the world must think like machines.
This translates into:
1. People come first. When we come across a situation where there's
a problem with a technical system, we don't simply go straight to the
system and ignore the people involved. That's for our competition. We
talk to the people, and find out exactly what's what. This allows us
to provide the best service and actually address the needs, without wasting
everybody's time. This translates into lower support costs, with no messing
around to waste time to stick the client with an unnecessarily large
bill.
2. Don't you hate it when certain Information Technology (IT) folks start
sprouting gibberish at you, assuming that you know what they're talking
about? On the flip side of the coin, don't you really hate those IT folks
that treat you like you're retarded? (Yes, Tim, I do know what a mouse
is.. sheesh.) We don't do that. We're comfortable with meeting you at
your comfort level, from discussing the intricacies of BASH shell scripting
all the way to simply how to get your computer online.
3. Most of all, we love technology, and want to convey that excitement
we feel everyday at work to the people we work with everyday. There is
a technology solution for everybody! There's a neat and innovative solution
for all walks of life, and we delight in seeing our clients' eyes light
up with the possibilities! We like to smile with satisfaction that our
solutions made it possible for our clients to better conduct their business,
and for them to be able to reap more profit and benefits!
To make this all possible, we obtain the talents of a wide variety
of people… from the barely human propeller-headed geek that spoke
only in binary (until we taught him how to speak normal English,
and how to dress) all the way to the academic types that wouldn't know
what
a computer was if it hit them. We then put them in a blender and
hit puree and see what it spits out.
We've been wildly successful with our results, and are very pleased
to be able to continue offering our services to the community; Schools
(K-12 & up), Businesses, Government, and individuals.
Give us a call and see how we can help you with your Computer, Internet & Networking
needs!
